Sherv stumbled upon YEAA in his freshman year at UMass. And he was quick to grasp this exciting opportunity. However, his first year was a rough one where he struggled to figure out the nuances of running a painting business. And even though he "screwed up a lot", he managed to chalk up revenues of $80,000 and profits of $18,000 in his rookie year. His second year at YEAA was even more spectacular as he managed revenues of $120,000 and profits of $43,000. So, how was Sherv's first-year different from his second-year?
