Adam is a former New Zealand Rugby Union Player. Adam played for the Crusaders Rugby team for several years before moving on to play for The All Blacks Sevens, where he was crowned World Champion. Adam later moved to France to play for Bayonne, a French Rugby Union team.Adam is highly regarded in the sporting world, and he shared a lot on how to develop high performance habits in this episode.
