Alejandro's first step is simply taking his time to find who he thinks fits perfectly to his business based on their resumes and interviews, then hire. The second is building a relationship or connection with them because he believes they must align their values and get along to work well with them. He even mentioned that it's always better to work with good people, genuine people you know will do their best with anything they're doing. Third, of course, the credentials and learning their soft skills.
