Listen "EP 64 - From Freeway Accident to Paralympics"
Episode Synopsis
In this episode I'm joined by an old friend, Siale (Charlie) Langi, who has had quite the life experience already by his mid-30's having gotten sandwiched on the freeway between his own car on the shoulder and another car passing him going 75 MPH. Siale's life was saved by the doctors who had operated on him right away, and the subsequent surgeries did not guarantee that he would be able to walk again unassisted. But not only did Siale overcome the dire outlook in his life, he decided to push forward and set a current goal of being a part of the Paralympics. His goals are to either participate or continue coaching as he's been a force for a lot of other paralympians. Incredible and inspiring story. Enjoy!
