Mallory took the whole week off to focus on her business, and she was very productive. Last Saturday, she received an email in her inbox that was life changing and she will announce it in the next couple of weeks. Mallory is going to America on Monday, and her house is messy. [00:04:01] - Mallory shares some tips on how to manage expectations with Amy. Mallory is passionate about good mindset work. Annie Grace is the owner and founder of This Nakes Mind. Annie talked Mallory out of her boyfriend, not doing what she wanted him to do.[00:06:09] - In order to manage expectations, an expectation has to be communicated, agreed upon and realistic. As a marketer, she worked with clients who expected to make a million dollars from their Facebook ads in one month. But she has to communicate that upfront to them before working with them.[00:08:26] - In order to manage expectations, both parties have to agree that it is a realistic expectation to be met. [00:10:22] - In business, there are two key elements that can be implemented every single day. The first one is to communicate expectations of your clients. The second one is the onboarding experience. Alex Hormozi said that a customer or a client will make their mind about investing with you within 24 to 48 hours of purchasing. It hurts to lose a client. Communication is the easiest thing to do. [00:15:01] - Mallory shares her tips on how to communicate well. She suggests not to be afraid to have tough conversations and creating space for these conversations.
