That's according to the Philadelphia Business Journal, which says homes in ZIP code 19085 sold for an average $1.9 million last quarter. That's up nearly 10 percent from the year before. And, the average list price -- $1.97 million -- jumped 25%.
Villanova is No. 49 on the list. At the top: a Denver neighborhood, where the average sale price more than doubled over the past year.
