Pennsylvania voters will decide whether to keep the state Supreme Court intact in the Nov. 4 election, a question that has drawn an inordinate amount of attention nationally. KYW’s City Hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports that on a press call Friday, the Democratic National Committee and a pro-choice group announced they’ll be spending heavily in the next 10 days.
