I discuss what diverse workforce means, what constitutes diverse workforce, and how to manage diverse workforce. I also insert some interesting findings from research about how women excel their counterparts, men, in most leadership skills, leading the assumption about how women are inferior to men is left unreasonable. I ask my audience to think about "why in reality public sector is controlled by an elite male power structure and that within the sector, occupations are distributed according to gender?" Last but not least, what are the benefits of having such diverse workforce for the organization is also discussed.
