Cheryl has over 30 years of experience as a clinician and a researcher in health policy,focusing on a variety of areas including cost, access and quality of care.  In addition to being a pharmacist, she went on to get a MBA and PhD.  Her research work has focused on developing and validating healthcare quality measures across different types of care.
