"And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever." - Exodus 14:13 - 
We all encounter Egypt in our lives even as believers, but God gives us the assurance that He will take us out of Egypt! In these two chapters, God continues to show His power and mighty hand as He delivers the Israelites from the hands of the Egyptians. There are times we go back to Egypt or consider going back when we are impatient with God's process; the Israelites complained when there was no water to drink on their 3 days journey in the wilderness (God was testing them). They cried that it would have been better for them to be enslaved than to suffer in the wilderness. But once again, in His grace, God heard their cries and supplied them with water. It is better to suffer for the things of God (long-suffering) than for the things of this world.
