Connor Mann is a project engineer in construction out of Iowa. Born a committed worker, he quickly realized he was dedicating all his time and efforts to work at the expense of his health and wellness.
Through the help of his brother, and many others, he was inspired to make a change in June of 2020 and in August 2021 he completed an IronMan Triathlon. He shared his story in today's episode.
