Episode Synopsis

In today’s episode, Stephen and Dixie Lee get to know Nathan Fordham! After growing up in small town Montana, Nathan began pushing the boundaries of his upbringing in college, getting into dangerous territory with hard drug use that would eventually claim his brother's life. After grappling with grief and continued drug use, Nathan sought treatment and is now in recovery, proudly sober for over a year. He has since fashioned a new life for himself around yoga, meditation, and self-discovery aided by psychedelics. Nathan uses the inspiration he draws from these experiences to craft his custom jewelry as an entrepreneurial venture! We learned so much from Nathan! We hope you enjoy getting to know Nathan as much as we did!***Disclaimer*** There is content throughout this conversation that may not be suitable for children, involving drug use and overdose. The use of psychedelics is also discussed at length. We invite you to listen with an open mind, seeking first to understand.Nathan FordhamInstagram: @impepho_jewelerFacebook: @impepho.jewelerConnect with Know Normal PeopleWebsite: knownormalpeople.com Facebook: @knowpeoplepodInstagram: @knowpeoplepodTwitter: @knowpeoplepodEmail: [email protected]: #KnowNormalPeople #KNPLeave us a 5-star rating and a 1-2 sentence review on Apple Podcasts or Facebook!Mentioned in the episode:In My Own Way: An Autobiography by Alan WattsThe Strangest Secret by Earl NightingaleThe Bhagavad GitaThe 4-Hour Workweek by Tim FerrissThe 4-Hour Body by Tim FerrissTools of Titans by Tim FerrissWaking Up: A Guide to Spirituality Without Religion by Sam HarrisThe Universal Christ by Richard RohrOutwitting the Devil by Napoleon HillThink and Grow Rich by Napoleon HillFood of the Gods by Terence McKennaWocket (Collin Fordham's Music)Rage Against the MachineTop of the World Ranch Treatment CenterCenter for Action and ContemplationThe Joe Rogan ExperienceMidnight Gospel on Netflix“The only normal people you know are the ones you don’t know very well.” - Alfred Adler
