The Lord promotes and honors those that demonstrate faithfulness and walk in humility while serving others. He ALWAYS has increase on His mind and those qualities and Christ-like character set the stage for God to trust you with greater things at a new level.
It takes God to go up and it takes God to stay up. When He sees your readiness for promotion, there is no force that can stop it. Wait for His perfect timing and resist the temptation to “self-promote.” Trust God’s faithfulness and watch what He will do.
