In this episode I speak with one of my oldest and best friend Julian 'Milky' Waller. I had no agenda walking into this podcast, turn the mic on and just roll with it so it's a real mixed bag but we do cover a lot of ground from the pro's and cons of Dry July/no alcohol (ironically drinking beers while doing it), we talk health and fitness, fatherhood, we're lighthearted in parts and darker in other parts...
