Listen "Ep. 51: Dance and community building and Oxford"
Episode Synopsis
On this week's episode of KR, I am joined by Lindsey MacGregor; a dancer, community builder, and determined democrat. Lindsey talks about her role in the office of a Congressman, how this has been affected by the government shutdown, and her political goals for the future. We share our favorite dance memories and hear some inspiring stories of young Lindsey's political awakening. Lindsey and I discuss community building as resistance, and how traditional women's roles and feminist views play into this. Finally, Lindsey shares lessons she has learned at Oxford about the importance of education.
