From how we plan meetings to how we communicate, systems are the structure behind the scenes. But here’s the danger: if we don’t know why we do something, we risk becoming slaves to systems that no longer serve us—or worse, that harm us. Just because “we’ve always done it this way” doesn’t mean it’s the right way. Often, bad habits or broken systems sneak in quietly and linger unnoticed.
