Today I'm joined by Bro. Brent and we talk synergy.Have you ever been in a rut? I think sometimes we can get stuck doing things a certain way. One argument is that if it’s working, why try to change it? Another dynamic that can happen in a group is when someone presents an alternate point of view, we can become defensive of quote, “our way” and reject outside opinion. We’re blessed to have a large, rotating staff. And while I have been guilty of quickly rejecting ideas, I do think there’s value in hearing other ideas. We should not just tolerate other perspectives but welcome them.
