Today I'm joined by Aaron Boggs and we're talking about our Sunday School practices.In our Sunday school, we have practice every week. While every Sunday school is different and some cannot have practice due to various logistics, we want to provide a few tips on what we do every week. There is always the balance of getting it quote, “perfect” and operating under the limited time available. It's also about finding the sweet spot between having a solid plan and letting creativity flow. Sure, everyone needs to nail their individual parts, but magic happens when the whole team clicks together. The trick is to be intentional about everything you do and collaborate with your team. When everyone “gets it” – from the lead actors to the facilitators – you can create an incredible experience that makes kids glad they came and want to come back.
