* My Sunday Journal Entries* Yep, sometime my journaling turns into an impromptu spoken word text lol. You can’t heal what you won’t feel. My core wound is abandonment and boy has she been wide open recently. She’s open, pussy, bloody and yet, ready to heal. When alone, abandonment brings along her other two besties: rejection and worth. They all convince you, successfully if you allow, “see, in the end, every will leave you, you will be alone, you are not enough just as you, something in you will always be missing, they’re bound to find someone more, more than you”. They taunt you, scream at you. But, when you let yourself accept them! Ahhh haha you’re not gonna like this! You accept that they’re are there, with you, look at them, speak them out loud, own them…this is how you release them. Thank you @peaceadventurer for this lesson.
