CIC was the Top gainer, up 41.3%, closing at Ksh 3.39 following the changes in the board, a sign of optimism among the investor community.  Crown Paints was the top loser for the week, shedding 27%. This comes after the rights issue, which affects the liquidity of the company. There were declines in volumes of shares traded to 83 million from 89 million. The Week on Week turnover grew to Ksh 2.7 billion, up from Ksh 2.5 billion.
