This is the first podcast in a new series where I step into the shoes of John Mark—the author of the earliest Gospel—and retell the story of Jesus from his perspective. In this series, I’m speaking in the first person—not to create fiction, but to explore how Mark might have understood the identity of Jesus, the meaning of his suffering, and the hope of the kingdom. By blending historical insight with reflective storytelling, my aim is to help us see the Gospel not just as ancient text, but as living proclamation.
