Aim: To explore yourself, your beliefs, your ideas, your thoughts and feelings. These questions are a way to delve deeper into YOU and to raise your own awareness.
How: Use whatever method you choose. Write it down, doodle meaningful pictures, delve into your creative side! Create your own SPACE. Be as honest and vulnerable as you can, no-one needs to see your answers but you.
· What do I value in life? What is important to you? What takes up time in your life?
· Is my day-to-day life a reflection of my values?
· When I look at my life story, do I tend to make brain-led, gut-lead, or heart-led decisions? And where has each path led me in terms of happiness and fulfillment?
· How often do I experience gratitude? And does it arise spontaneously or is mostly based on a form of comparison?
· Do I take responsibility for my emotions?
· What do I feel I deserve in life? What am I wanting or wishing for?
· Have I experienced “flow” or a higher state of consciousness? When was it and how did it feel?
· What do I worry most about?
· What is stopping me or hindering me from experiencing the most enjoyment in my life?
· How do I feel about myself on the whole?
· How can I show up authentically in my whole self?
