Healing takes place on multiple levels. When it comes to stress, one of the tools that has changed my life and millions of others is meditation. The mind, though it is a great tool, tends to tell us scary & limiting things. Meditation helps shut down the fight or flight response otherwise known as the ‘fear’ response and stimulates the parasympathetic or relaxing nervous system of the body. This is what heals us. Meditation at the most basic level relieves stress. It is just as important as taking a bath, because it helps us purify our minds and our consciousness. Enjoy🌻
