In this episode, Eric S. joins Jason and Travis to talk about his transition from college to the military to Roehl. Eric worked as a fleet manager and he helped schedule over-the-road training for recent CDL school graduates and Roehl's Get Your CDL program graduates. Eric is now a Fleet Operations Manager, supporting Roehl's Flatbed Division drivers and fleet managers. Outside of work, Eric keeps busy with his family. Eric notes that it's important to remember Roehl is made up of teammates and the company is built on values; it's the people living our values that make TeamRoehl great.
