There are many reasons why you might talk too much – You love attention? You’re an extravert? You’re nervous or excited? You lack self awareness? You have an ego and an opinion… whatever it is, you need to get a handle on it and shut the f**k up!



We share what we know works like seeking feedback, looking for cues, the power of the pause, having empathy for others and essentially how to NOT be a conversation narcissist.
