Drawing from the story of David in 1 Samuel 18-19, we see how God protected David even when Saul relentlessly pursued him. God turned David’s enemies into instruments of His will—making them prophesy instead of harming him. Exodus 14:14 “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still”and Romans 12:19 “Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath…” remind us to trust God and keep our focus on Him. When we let go of the need to fight our battles, we give God room to work powerfully on our behalf.In this teaching, I encourage you to let go of fear, stop focusing on your enemies, and instead, fix your eyes on God.
