This is from a series called"Just a Thought".   They are brief, yet they unfold from question to answer. They assume the listener is already enmeshed in the political podcast world.  I listen to news broadcast and podcasts all day long until, as John Prine said, "All the news just repeats itself."  So, when I have an original thought, a synthesis of all that I've heard, I share it.
They should sound like a concept being born, a thought just now coalescing.
