Sometimes it's hard to turn off our thoughts. At some point in our lives, we may suffer from different degrees of anxiety, depression, and stress. We believe Self care is so important for a happy healthy life. This episode we discuss how incorporating meditation and daily affirmations can actually make a significant change in the positivity and happiness in our lives. We will also share a great way to ground ourselves when we're having "one of those days.” It starts with a healthy mind to grow the love in our hearts, and that love will trickle down and make a positive impact on those around us.
