Kerriann Peart, Special Advisor to the Chief Administrative Officer for Health & Human Services & Education (argualbly the most "junctional thinking" gov position in the DMV area) for Prince George's County, joins us to update us on her cross-sector youth and family engagement work. We talk about the goals the County Executive has her and her colleagues driving towards; how they are engaging youth in an authentic, sustainable way; their partnership with UNICEF; and how they use a couple Junctional Thinking mainstays (listening and perpetual learning) to great effect for municipal services.
