Plus, The plaintiff and defendant were best friends, but the plaintiff claims the defendant abused drugs because she lost weight so quickly. She gave the defendant money to help pay for a loan, but she hasn’t paid it back, so she’s suing. The defendant admits she owes the plaintiff money.
