First, The plaintiff has known the defendant since he was 13 years old, and they eventually got married. The plaintiff and defendant have two kids together but then split up. The plaintiff loaned his ex-wife money and claims she hasn’t paid him back, so he’s suing for the balance on a loan and the cost of a bed. The defendant claims the plaintiff was unfaithful to her. She denies owing him anything.

Then, The plaintiff brings his favorite aunt to court. He got in trouble when he was younger, but he’s trying to turn his life around. The plaintiff says he sublet his aunt’s apartment, but then she never moved out and backed out on the deal. He’s suing for a rent refund, moving truck, and emotional distress. The defendant is countersuing for an eviction bill and emotional distress.
