Listen "'Get It on Record' & 'Twerk It Like You Mean It' & 'A Rocky Road'"
Episode Synopsis
First, The plaintiff says she dated the defendant, but they broke up after he choked her. She then discovered she was pregnant, and she’s suing her ex for child support and emotional distress. The defendant says the plaintiff maced him in the face while he was holding their child. He denies owing for anything.
Then, The plaintiff brings her grandson to court. The defendant recently finished high school, and his mom went viral for twerking at his graduation. The plaintiff says she bought her grandson a car, and he agreed to pay half. He hasn’t paid it back fully, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says he almost died years ago when he was involved in a hit-and-run accident. He argues he fell behind on payments because he had to pay for books and other college necessities.
Plus, The plaintiff brings his neighbor to court. He claims the defendant’s son threw a rock at his car and damaged it, so he’s suing for damaged property and lost wages. The defendant argues his 6-year-old son has major behavioral issues and often runs away. He thinks the plaintiff is overcharging him.
