Episode Synopsis
First, When the plaintiff was 14, she found out the man she thought was her father might not actually be her biological dad. The defendant says he met the plaintiff when he was about 4 or 5 and they kept in touch ever since. The plaintiff petitioned the court to see if she and the defendant are siblings and to figure out her father’s identity.
Then, The plaintiff brings her youngest son to court. She says she moved into a new house with her son and his girlfriend after her house burned down. The plaintiff says her son lived with her for three months, and they came with an agreement to help pay. She’s suing for rent, utilities, and damaged property. The defendant argues his mom is suing for more than he owes.
