While there was ripples of truth to that when we do deeper together a lot of the challenges of her business came down to a big wounding of feeling helpless while she was sick as a kid
This created a very heavy inner critic and also a frenzy to always be running
She connected how that also affected her personal life beyond her business
She was able to walk away understanding how the pattern of self sabotage was operated on by the 3 main inner limits created by her inner critic, the frenzy feelings she had and the discomfort when anything was going well
