Today, it’s just me! We’ve all had an incredibly heavy past few weeks and a lot of us are in need of some levity at the moment. So often, we fall into the pattern of blaming ourselves that we aren’t being productive in times of crisis but we need to remember that our systems are recovering from overdrive right now, so this is a time to reflect. Taking accountability is something I fully believe in and preach to my clients. I believe in adopting a mindset of radical responsibility and understanding the root cause of an issue.
