Dai Smith, mom of two, is the Owner of her company Simplicity By Day, a professional organizing service for busy moms and beyond. She also works full-time as a pharmaceutical rep and is efficient in setting her time accordingly to run her business and continue to be successful in her job. Her mom boss moment was realized after each child, "I wanted to birth a business too."
