"I'm so sorry...there is no heartbeat...your baby is gone." There is nothing worse than hearing those words from your doctor. In those moments a Mom can physically feel her heart break and shatter into pieces. Today's Podcast Episode is a bit heavier as I'm sharing details about my miscarriages. My hope in sharing my story is to open up dialogue about miscarriage and to provide comfort to Mom's who have gone through the horrible experience of losing a baby. I'm also sharing ways you can actually help a family who has experienced loss.
