Hello, Catholic Pilgrims. Welcome back.  Just to refresh our memory, this Fourth Part of the book is all about remedies to temptations. The first thing we heard about in dealing with temptations is to not really care what the world thinks about us when we try to live a more devout spiritual life. The second thing we have to have is courage—courage to say no to temptations.  Today, St. Francis is going to tell us that it's not a sin to be tempted. The sin lies when we delight and yield to the temptation.  So, let's open our books to Chapter Three of the Fourth Part.
