Listen "Edgar’s on the Cayce"
Episode Synopsis
Welcome back for part 2 of Edgar Cayce! But first we have an opener to talk about which is a lost city in the Amazon, including pyramids and roadways. From an article from Nature, the settlement is incredibly complex home to advanced urban societies. These large settlements date back from before the Europeans arrived contrary to our belief that this was pristine nature and the Amazon was only home to small nomadic tribes. With the help of lidar, which uses lasers, researches found 26 settlements with walled compounds and pyramids.Back to Edgar Cayce, we've arrived here in Viriginia Beach with him in the more mature, legit chapter of his life... I wonder if he knew he was going to do that? Here Cayce, with the help again of interested supporters incorporated the Association of National Investigations. A membership organisation created to help build a hospital and help fund studies to scientifically research Cayce material. Of course he is continuing giving his readings. We see his "business" take off, then stall, then take off again...he hits his fair share of speed bumps. Eventually incorporating the association for research and enlightenment (A.R.E).After Edgars death (spoiler alert) we talk about some of the theories Edgar put forth in his trance state including Polygenism, Atlantis and the race that lived there and it's death ray, California falling into the ocean, the second coming of Christ, reincarnation and much more.We then talk predictions Cayce made that came true including the stock market crash of 1929, world war 2, blood analysis. Finally Chelsie takes us through some predictions that have not come to pass.... yet including overcoming the effects of aging, the gas-less motor, more conflict in the Persian Gulf (only here because anyone can predict that), the evolution of humans in relationship to the spiritual world, records from past civilizations will be found beneath the paws of the Sphinx, China... and other stuff so listen to the episode.Cayce's impact is still seen today pioneering Holistic medicine and patient centred care, he pioneered dream interpretation, past live work and mediation in the Western world, plus other things we're sure.As always don't forget to follow and listen to any other episodes in our catalogue that may pique your interest.
