The scoring system has remarkable sensitivity for serious neurolgic pathology, but it has yet to be validated.Friday Spoon Feed:The previously derived Sudbury Vertigo Risk Score was validated with a new cohort, and low scores accurately identified patients as low risk and therefore not requiring further investigation or treatment for a serious diagnosis of vertigo.
