It was in the audio recording The Strangest Secret from Earl Nightingale I first heard the following phrase;   “People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them.” - George Bernard Shaw  This idea, this phrase has stuck with me for many, many years as I have pursued my own goals. The concept that we have the power right now to change our world in order to see our dreams realized is something I had to develop along the way.
