In the motorcycle racing world this week we had a Race of Champions hosted by Ducati to close out their World Ducati Week at Misano. An all new Ducati Panigale V4S meant Ducati needed to prove the bikes worth and had all their current riders on a world stage race a 10 lap showdown at the famed Italian circuit! With only a few minor changes to make them racing safe, these bikes are all on the same suspension with the same engines, the same brakes, and the exact same rider setup no matter which champion is sitting in the saddle. For the world this meant we get to see Marquez and Bagnaia compete on the same equipment, for us at JKMoto Podcast it meant we got to see what type of excuses different riders make for not winning a non-point gaining race. From Martin being in the back of the pack, to Bautista being passed by almost the entire field there was much to consider when figuring out if these riders were trying or not.
