"Gutted" is a Hard Rock guitar instrumental, produced for an indie-film project that I'm the composer for. This track has some guts to it, with a Half-step flat guitar tuning, with an added bonus of the low string dropped to the pitch of "A flat". So technically for the rhythms this track has what might be called a "Drop-A tuning".

Built on 2 solid guitar hooks, and a semi-technical winding guitar solo down the middle, this one is worth blowing some speakers over for sure. The song has an ominous feel to it, and that's kind of what makes it work as a "scene piece". The main guitar riff is peppered with a pitch-shifted guitar melody riff, that helps add some serious depth to the super-wide stereo mix.
