As a qualified Trainer and Learning and Development professional, winning Top Training Awards, training at companies like Fairfax Media, The Australian Institute Education and in industries such as government, education, telecommunications, not-for-profit, and media. Rita Joyan, took her Learning and Development skills and created the Passion Process™ (how to find your passion minus your resume) and The Signature Speaking Success System™ (how to attract clients speaking for free) and The Emotional Intelligence Super Highway. She took these programs and delivered them in Australia, New Zealand, Middle East and South Asia. In 2015 Rita was honored as Canberra’s Young Business Woman of The Year. In 2016 and 2017 Rita earned second place in the quarter finals of the World Champion of Public Speaking. Additionally, in 2017, Rita was honored to be nominated for the Australian of The Year Award.  And in 2019, Rita was chosen to represent Australia as part of the Australian delegation in Japan at the G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance.  Rita is the Producer and Host of Australia’s leading passion and career Podcast: Unbox Your Gift: Turn Passion into A Profession.
