Jennifer  Blair founded Excavive™ Coaching & Consulting in 2003 as a way to empower people to pursue their passions, increase their self-confidence, communicate powerfully and build the lives they truly want to live.  Jennifer inspire people, especially women, around the world to pursue authentic living. Jennifer's especially excited to be part of the BossUp project because it is an opportunity to tell my story and how my journey can inspire others to BossUp in their lives as well. In my story, Jennifer share how my divorce led to re-claiming who she was and to building a new life and career. She also speak about how challenges are opportunities to transform; how knowing who you truly are is deeply empowering; the importance of sustained believability and self-care rituals as well as what it really takes to succeed.
