Sometimes you meet a Cool Friend in the places you least expect them. Other times it's at Comic Con, where a ton of your other Cool Friends are. I met the incredible Lisa Wallen at the second one, and wouldn't you know it, less than a year later she was living within 3 miles of my place in Los Angeles. Funny how things work out. Lisa, aside from being a fantastic standup comic, is a power-nerd, through and through. She's a literal paid expert on anime, has a popular streaming channel on twitch, and is a current content producer/personality for Evil Geniuses.
