With news of the USFL returning in 2022, we remember the Orlando Renegades of 1985 of the original spring league with one of their star players, Joey Walters. We discuss his path to Central Florida from his college days at Clemson, the CFL and USFL. He also just recently retired after a 20+ year career with Florida Citrus Sports where he was director of summer camps, the annual Florida Classic between Florida A&M and Bethune Cookman and a key member working with participating teams in FCS two bowl games.
