it's like- wake up you hottie!- we are all in service to something but is your devotion ALIGNED? ALIVE? INSPIRING? cause if not- haha and that's cute and also cut it out!
life is short and messy and sweet and chaotic and are you even having FUN anymore?
if we were repotted last week, we are pruning and taking some miracle grow this week.
stretch, breath and consider your rituals, your habits, your practices... the rhythm of your days.
