Conor Harris is a Certified strength and conditioning specialist, performance specialist, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and a personal friend. I had the privilege of working with Conor while he was at Oregon State. In that time we became very good friends and have maintained that friendship to the point that he is officially my personal trainer despite not having worked with him yet. Conor is an amazing guy and an incredibly smart individual which you will be able to tell if you listen to the podcast for just a couple of seconds. I really enjoyed this podcast Conor and I were able to catch up and discuss some really deep conversations in fitness as well as in mindset and philosophy. I shared more about myself in this episode than I have in any prior and I think you guys will really enjoy it.
