I spent 20 years in corporate America as a Black female and 15 of those years was in leadership. In this episode, I talk about what that experience was like, how I felt and how I survived. It is a conversation that is not had often especially without censure. Now that I no longer work in corporate America, I can speak freely about the challenging moments and be transparent about my journey.
